I’m assuming you have the front ends on a separate layer. Screw with the hue and brightness to at least make an attempt at color-matching the new front ends. If you have “free form transform” enabled you can hold alt and grab the “handles” around the edge of the shape and skew it all sorts of fun ways to make the angles match better (like dragging that SN95 front end around to match the Supra better). The “blur” and “smear” tool can blend body lines together (I like to use smear with a large fuzzy radius).
I’m using Photoshop CS6, YMMV on other versions.

Use the eraser at different opacities to blend edges

I attempted to move the Mustang front end closer over the Supra body, and I removed some of the pin striping. And I smoothed out the lines for the Supra’s pop-up headlights.

Tossed this together in photoshop in about ten minutes. My source image for the Mustang was 100% wrong so skewing it was difficult and I didn’t want to spend any time on it. Screwed around with the hue and brightness to get it to more closely match the color, tried cleaning the lines up a little, etc. etc.

Bad for your knees and too much effort and you’ll get all sweaty. That’s why we invented cars, luddite.
